An exciting opportunity to financing the land acquisition and pre-development of our residential projects. This is a short-term investment model, with high target returns and no development risk. We plan to exit with construction financing.

  • Target Exit : 18-30 Months
  • Target Returns * : 10-14% / year
  • Minimum Investment : $200,000

Development Equity

Invest in financing the construction of our residential developments. Each project has completed all design, third-party budgeting, and planning. We aim to have construction completion guarantees and maximum budget insurance bonds in place. We plan to exit through a sale after construction is completed.
  • Target Exit : 3-5 Years
  • Target Returns * :  16% + IRR
