Iconic Design

COVA’s architecture takes inspiration from Japanese and Southeast Asian resorts, designed to lower stress, slow time, and create a sense of escape. Ample walking paths and activated gathering spaces encourage connection and belonging, making COVA a one-of-a-kind experience set apart from the typical, isolated desert developments. This intentional design positions COVA for both differentiated demand and strong long-term investment performance.

Follow the Journey

Copper is naturally antimicrobial. It kills bacteria, viruses, and fungi on contact through a process called oligodynamic action, and it's been doing this for thousands of years. Hospitals have started reintroducing copper surfaces in high-touch areas like door handles, railings, and bed rails because the research is hard to argue with.Modern construction largely moved away from copper, mostly for cost, defaulting to materials that are cheaper but don't carry any of those inherent health properties. PVC replaced copper pipes. Cheaper alloys replaced copper fixtures. The tradeoff is worth talking about. Not every home can be built with copper throughout, but understanding what we've traded away when we spec cheaper alternatives is exactly the kind of thinking that shapes how we build, and allows us to see opportunities to potentially selectively include some of these types of materials in places where they will have the best impact for the money. This is Mindful Materials, our ongoing series on the building products worth paying attention to.
At Relevant Partners, we think about materials the way we think about any other long-term investment: what does this actually cost over time, and what does it give back? Copper is a good example of a material where the full value accounting looks different than the upfront spec sheet.#MindfulMaterials #CopperArchitecture #HealthyBuilding #AntimicrobialDesign #RelevantPartners #WellnessDesign #BuildingScience #LongevityLiving
Hannah Lange (Triem) didn't set out to build a career in real estate — but somewhere along the way, a knack for connecting people, moving projects forward, and making complex things feel simple landed her there.
Today, Hannah is the Sales Manager at Relevant Partners, where she supports fundraising for marquee development projects like COVA at Coachella Valley. She manages the data behind the full investor journey and prides herself being the kind of operator who's equally at home in a term sheet or scrubbing the CRM. Over time, she's helped build the infrastructure behind each project raises.
What drives her is the intersection of relationships and results — that same instinct shows up outside the office too, where you'll find her on a trail, a mountain, or a bike somewhere in the great outdoors.#meettheteam #relevantpartners #ourpeople #teamspotlight
Over the past few years a stay in the Coachella Valley has gone from memories of dusty sleeping bags and stuffy car camping to $1,500 a night glamping domes with private chefs. The evolution didn't stop at the glamping. Permanent luxury residential developments, world class hospitality, and wellness retreats have popped up throughout valley, driven largely by remote work trends. There's a whole segment of people with the flexibility to choose to live anywhere or be anywhere for a while, who are seeking areas with space, sun and a slower pace of life. The market signals for this area have been building for years and COVA is bringing the next logical chapter in the valley's evolution. Homes at a range of price points, a luxury condo hotel for short or long stays, a 30,000 SF state-of-the-art wellness facility, sports, restaurants, sun and water, its where it all comes together.#resortcondos #condohotel #desertluxury #CoachellaValley #luxurywellness #wellnessresort
