Rendering Revealed for Modular Supportive Housing Planned in South L.A.
A presentation scheduled for next week’s meeting of the Los Angeles City Planning Commission offers a first look at a proposed supportive housing development in Historic South-Central.
The project, which would replace a small commercial building and parking lot at 4219-4227 S. Broadway, is to be built with prefabricated modular units. Plans call for a seven-story edifice containing 87 units of low-income supportive housing, in addition to offices for on-site service providers, a community room, a gym, and bicycle storage.
